 Concise Chinese Materia Medica comes with a disk of free software.  These include a searchable database of the core data for each medicinal in which you may add (and share) your own notes  There is also a self-test application with ready-made self-tests for the entire text, images that can be used in your personal writings or as pharmacy container labels, and a set of label files for producing container labels or flash cards.   The software should function on Windows XP and Vista (possibly on versions of W2000), OSX 10.4 and higher on the power PC chip (possibly on older version to OSX 10.2), OSX 10.5 and higher on the Intel chip (possibly on older versions to OSX 10.2).  The software is "green software" provided for free to the original purchasers of the  Concise Chinese Materia Medica.
