Balance Taping
What is Balance Taping?
This method utilizes kinesiology taping to ensure the structural and functional balance of the body through a simple and precise evaluation of the structural and functional imbalance of muscles or joints across the entire body, as well as locally. The taping is applied to areas that cause pain or muscle or joint dysfunction.
Balance Taping literally means that the tape is applied to the skin in such a way as to bring about a functional improvement in the patient's condition and relief from pain. The book discusses, among other things, the differences in taping methods for individual cases, and the method is always based on the causes and symptoms of the disease in a specific individual. For example, in the case of knee pain, the mechanisms of pain differ depending on whether the subject experiences pain while ascending or descending, and the taping method is adjusted accordingly.
The publication is suitable for anyone who has at least basic knowledge of human body anatomy. Understanding the mechanisms of pain and movement is essential to understanding the basic movements of the femur, menisci, pelvis, etc.
